Mike was seduced by the restaurant industry during his freshman year of college and has worked in as well as created some of the finest and tastiest dining establishments ever since. Mike has worked with distinguished chefs throughout the industry and is steaming with pride about working with partner, Guy Wong. The founder of The Real Chow Baby, Mike grew his brand to multiple locations before selling and consulting. Under Mike’s lead, The Real Chow Baby was consistently making headlines and receiving accolades: “Best Wait Staff” two years in a row by Creative Loafing; “Best First Date Restaurant” by Creative Loafing; “Best Cheap Eats” by Jezebel magazine and “Best Bang for the Buck” four years in a row by Jezebel magazine to name a few.

Guy Wong

Atlanta native and 2011 Chef of the Year, Yum Bunz Chef Guy Wong introduced Atlanta to its first ever Japanese-Style pub. Today, his restaurant Miso Izakaya remains one of the cities hottest spots earning critical acclaim for its steamed buns selection. Yum Bunz became a no-brainer after eating several with customer and now business partner, Mike Blum. Guy has been named A Rising Star by Star Chefs magazine and his restaurant received top accolades in Bon Appétit as well as Food & Wine magazine.

Chris Lee

With decades of French, American regional, Italian, Latin and Asian cooking under his hat, Executive Chef Chris Lee is full of steam when it comes to creating and cranking out great food fast! Working in some of Atlanta’s finest restaurants, he has also made his mark in some of Northern California’s culinary hot spots. Chef Chris is dedicated to quality and teamwork in a professional manner.
